"Surprisingly quick support"
I wasn’t expecting much, but support actually got back to me really fast and were helpful. Nice to see they’ve got at least that part figured out.

"A little less flexible than I hoped"
I needed to adjust my pickup time because my work trip schedule shifted a bit, and the process wasn’t as easy as I expected. The available options felt limited, especially for real-life travel changes that can happen last minute. I still appreciate the idea behind the service, but as a working mom, I was hoping for a bit more flexibility. It ended up being a somewhat frustrating experience.

I’ll be honest, I had a really hard time following the instructions. Some parts seemed straightforward at first, but then I’d hit a step where it felt like they skipped over key details and I was basically guessing. Maybe it would be fine for someone who already knows the process, but for something time sensitive, it was frustrating. I don’t want to say everything about it was awful, because the idea was decent, but the instructions really threw me off. I probably wouldn’t use it again

"Good communication from start to finish"
I used Milk Stork earlier this month, and overall the communication was solid. Right after I signed up, they sent over the main info I needed, and when I had a question a day or two later, they got back to me without any hassle. One update did come a little later than I was expecting, so I ended up checking on it again, but by the next step everything was sorted out. In the end, the process was easy enough and I felt like I knew what was happening the whole time

"I’ve always wanted to like Milk Stork..."
I’ve always wanted to like Milk Stork because the service itself is so helpful, the shipping part went totally fine. But the reimbursement process with my work was way more frustrating than I expected. I thought it would be straightforward, especially given the price, but finding the right receipts and details was not easy. I ended up going back and forth with HR a couple of times, which kind of took the shine off the whole experience. I still appreciate what Milk Stork offers, and I’d probably use them again if I needed to, but I really wish the paperwork side matched the quality of the shipping.

"cooler didn’t hold up at all"
i used milk stork for a work trip, and the cooler was a letdown.

after just normal travel, the outside ended up dented and the seal didn’t seem like it was closing properly anymore. i spent way too much of the trip worrying about whether the milk was actually staying cold, which kind of defeats the whole purpose.

for what it costs, i really expected it to feel sturdier. maybe i just got a bad one, but i wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting it again on another trip.

"Couldn’t Get It Shipped Where I Needed"
I was ready to order it and thought, okay, this should work… but then it turned out they wouldn’t ship to my destination. So that was basically the end of that. Kind of disappointing, because if I can’t actually get it where I need it, it’s not much use to me.

"Tracking seemed off"
The tracking just didn’t seem quite right to me. One minute it said my kit was in one place, and then it looked like it had suddenly jumped somewhere else. The updates also seemed to come in late, which made the whole shipping process a bit more stressful than it probably needed to be

"Packaging could use some work..."
The product was fine, but the box showed up crushed. Not the best first impression, honestly... I just wish the packaging had been a little sturdier.

"Replacement was fine, but the refund took some time"
I ended up getting a replacement, and that part went okay overall. The only frustrating part was waiting on the refund, which took longer than I expected. It did eventually get sorted out, but I wish the process had been a bit quicker.

"The pickup was such a headache..."
The pickup was such a headache. The time window didn’t really work for me at all, so I had to rearrange my whole morning just to make it happen. And then the pickup spot ended up being farther away than I thought??

For the price, I really expected the process to be smoother. Instead I was just standing around with my bags, feeling stressed and annoyed. Like, how is this supposed to be convenient?? I wouldn’t use it again.

"Not travel-friendly at all"
Took this on a work trip thinking it would make life easier, but nope. It was a total pain to deal with and just added more stress to an already busy trip. Useless for travel, which is kind of ridiculous.

"Too pricey for what you actually get"
I used Milk Stork once, and while it technically did the job, I couldn’t get past how expensive it was. Shipping breast milk is already stressful enough, and this just made the whole thing feel way more costly than it needed to be. it kind of gave me the impression they know parents are in a tough spot and price it accordingly. I wouldn’t use it again unless I absolutely had no other option.

"Kept it cool, but I’m not fully convinced"
The milk was still cold by the time it got home, so I’ll give it that. But a couple of the packs were a lot softer than I expected, which made me a little uneasy. Nothing seemed ruined, but I don’t really care for all the polished “keeps everything perfectly chilled” type of wording when the real-life result felt more like just okay. It worked, but I wish it held the temp better.

"Delivery timing was all over the place"
I’m still a little confused about when this was supposed to arrive. I thought it was coming one day, then it seemed delayed, and by the time the box finally showed up, the milk was warm. It was stressful trying to keep track of it, and after that experience, I don’t think I’d order again.

"Late delivery completely defeated the purpose"
I used Milk Stork because I needed my milk shipped home on time, which is literally the whole reason the service exists. The box ended up arriving late, and the tracking barely updated, so I spent the entire day refreshing like a maniac and spiraling over where it even was.

Customer service really didn’t make me feel any better. They mostly just told me to wait, which, sorry, is not exactly comforting when timing is the entire point and I’m sitting there convinced my milk is basically in shipping limbo forever.

By the time it finally showed up, I didn’t feel comfortable using it anymore. Maybe I’m being dramatic, but it was so stressful that it ruined the whole thing for me, and I definitely don’t feel like it was worth the money.
